Some persons who sleep on time and woke early in the morning never let them feel lazy. Our granth has said that woke up early in the morning or woke up before sun rises that person has the power to think innovative, feel energetic and disease free or healthy body. The persons who sleep late at nights get absorbs the night vibes which are harmful for your health as after 12 the tress are releasing carbon dioxide and according to our religious granth that, this is time of bad powers, makes the person feel tired whole a day.

Every person has to understand that what our elders say has some reason behind it. They are experienced then us in every situation of life.
So, start follow your time table in which you should sleep at 10pm and woke up at 4am, why 4am? Because according to our granth the good vibes takes their place and you will feel the fresh inbuilt powers in you. I know it's quiet difficult but if you apply you really get to feel this era.
